Accurate, Compassionate Immigration Physicals Performed by a USCIS-Designated Civil Surgeon
Applying for a green card or adjusting your immigration status? We make the required medical exam straightforward, thorough, and stress-free. Our office is an authorized USCIS civil surgeon site, meaning your Form I-693 is completed correctly and accepted the first time.
What Is an Immigration Physical?
A USCIS immigration medical exam — also called an I-693 exam — is a required part of the green card and adjustment of status process. It must be performed by a physician specifically designated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Our physician is a certified civil surgeon authorized to conduct these exams and sign your Form I-693. See attached form:
The exam verifies that you meet the health requirements for admission to the United States and screens for certain communicable diseases and conditions as required by federal law.
