Dr. Parvesh Goel is an experienced internal medicine physician and the founder of Magnolia Medical Clinics. For more than two decades, he has provided personalized, comprehensive medical care, focusing on the management of both acute and chronic conditions. He also serves as Medical Director of Madison County Nursing Home. Dr. Goel completed his Internal Medicine residency through Mount Sinai at Elmhurst Hospital Center in New York.
Annie Marshall is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a big heart for patient care and a passion for helping people feel their best. A graduate of Walden University, Annie is dedicated to practicing evidence-based medicine with compassion and care. Originally from Raymond, Mississippi, her goal is simple — to help patients recover and feel supported every step of the way.
Demetria Reed is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience dedicated to helping patients feel heard, valued, and cared for. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and believes in building lasting relationships while delivering care that supports the whole person.
Dr. Verena Valley is a physician who values curiosity, compassion, and lifelong learning. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Originally from Racine, Wisconsin, her hobbies include solar energy, gardening, and photography, and she strives to deliver high-quality medical care with warmth and dedication.
Caraline received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mississippi College and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi. She specializes in family medicine and prides herself in treating patients with the utmost respect and listening to their concerns and needs. She resides in Madison, MS with her family.
Pamela Martin is a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes encouragement can change lives. A proud graduate of Jackson State University, Pamela is passionate about helping people push through challenges and reach their breakthrough moments. She loves connecting with people from all walks of life and making a positive, lasting impact through meaningful conversations.
As a licensed therapist in Mississippi, Reta brings nearly two decades of compassionate counseling experience to supporting individuals through life’s complex emotional landscapes. Her approach centers on understanding each person’s unique journey, with specialized expertise in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger management, and substance abuse — helping clients understand their triggers and develop a fulfilling, sober life. She holds an M.S. in Guidance & Counseling from Jackson State University and holds LPC, CAADC, and CTRS certifications.
